Creating community has always been at Penny’s core. She knew the community she found in yoga would become an integral part of her life from the very first time she stepped onto the mat. With a renewed sense of value rooted in self-acceptance, she wasn’t just on a new path, for the first time she felt like she actually had a path. In 2013, Penny wholeheartedly dedicated herself to practicing yoga. Soon after, she realized a community of committed people sparks commitment in oneself. In 2016, Penny completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sarah Kucera and Sharon Prothe through the Colorado School of Yoga. Her yoga mission is to empower others to take charge of their lives by releasing limitations, creating balance, and finding a mindful fluidity to life.
