The way we start, end and organize our day defines our being. A gentle beginning, a mid-day pause and clear closure keeps us grounded, while sporadic schedules can lack intention and leave us feeling unfulfilled.
Determining when it is time to make a change can be challenging enough, but how do we know what to add to our day and what to shed, or if the contents of our day are serving us at all?
This workshop is the "how-to" for designing wellness rituals and routines for living your best and truest self. It's for any level of wellness or Ayurveda knowledge and especially for those of you who feel like you're doing all the right things, but still exhausted and unfulfilled. We'll evaluate our energy balance by identifying the ways we refuel and the things that deplete us. Using Ayurvedic principles and circadian medicine, we'll transform our day into one that supports better productivity, increased energy, improved health and a greater presence in our daily activities, all with the guidance of rituals.
