The 5 – Minute Journal is the simplest way I've found to integrate a ritual into your day (and to potentially infuse it with an extra dose of positivity, too). It's perfect for anyone really, but I've found it especially helpful for folks like me with both a desire to journal and a tendency to become bored or creatively blocked.
Each page has a morning/night portion, complete with affirmations, writing prompts, and space to give thanks. Make a ritual of it, which we know to be beneficial, by sitting down with a cup of hot tea and lighting a candle or burning some incense each time you make time to journal. Make it an enjoyable experience, something you look forward to each day, to ensure you'll continue writing!
