Each person and the story they've lived has profound relevance to their physical, emotional and mental health, be it healthy or less than. Using the elements of nature as a guide, we look upon current or potential imbalances and determine optimal ways to heal using lifestyle, diet, herbs, yoga and other therapies. As the heart of our center, Ayurveda is woven into every class taught and every treatment given. 

We all have patterns in our daily lives that put extra stress and strain on our muscles, joints and nervous system that are unique to each individual. We are interested in working with you to determine the origin of imbalances and pain and the best way for you to re-pattern and heal. Our methods include postural assessment, corrective exercises, chiropractic manipulation and soft tissue therapies to address muscles and fascial tissue.

For us, yoga has and continues to play an important role in our lives outside of being only a form of exercise. As movement that is meditation, we're passionate about sharing this practice with you in a way that is safe and challenging, educational and evolutionary. And as we share our practice in earnest, it's never without being lighthearted and fun.
